This Privacy Policy describes how Gold Coast Apps Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the ScreenWatch mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Do Not Collect

ScreenWatch does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App operates entirely on your device. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, address, phone number)
• Device identifiers
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Screenshots or screen content
• Any data from the apps you automate with ScreenWatch

2. Accessibility Service

ScreenWatch uses Android's Accessibility Service solely to simulate touch interactions (taps and swipes) and to capture screen content for the Monitor feature. This capability is used exclusively to perform automations as configured by you. No screen content is recorded, stored, or transmitted outside your device.

3. Subscription and Payments

ScreenWatch offers optional Premium subscriptions managed entirely through the Google Play Store. We do not process or store any payment information. All billing is handled by Google Play in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

• Display over other apps — required to show the floating menu overlay on top of other applications
• Accessibility Service — required to simulate screen taps and swipes, and to capture screen content for monitoring
• Foreground Service — required to keep automations running reliably in the background
• Notifications — required to send alerts when the Monitor detects a screen change
• Vibration — required to vibrate the device as part of Monitor alerts

None of these permissions are used to collect or transmit data.

5. Data Storage

ScreenWatch stores your automation configurations (tap positions, swipe paths, timing settings) locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

6. Third-Party Services

ScreenWatch uses Google Play Billing for subscription management. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles data related to payments and subscriptions.

7. Children's Privacy

ScreenWatch is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
